Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use
WalkSmart is provided for educational use by school principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders. You agree not to use the service to harass staff, store information unrelated to instructional improvement, or violate applicable laws including FERPA and student privacy regulations.
2. Subscription Terms
Paid plans (Pro and District) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Pro includes a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. Prices are listed in USD. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. District annual contracts follow the terms specified in your signed agreement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
WalkSmart is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
